University Selection & Application
Choose your preferred university. We submit your application, verify documents, and track the admission committee's response.
Step 3
Offer Letter & Fee Payment
Receive the official admission letter. Pay the first-year tuition directly to the university (we never collect university fees on their behalf).
Step 4
Invitation Letter & Visa Filing
University issues invitation letter. We prepare visa documents, schedule embassy appointment, and guide you through the student visa interview.
Step 5
Pre-Departure Briefing
Orientation on country culture, packing checklist, forex, travel insurance, and connecting with senior Indian students at your university.
Step 6
Travel & On-Arrival Support
Airport pickup, hostel check-in, local SIM, and university registration assistance through our on-ground partners.
